◆Cancellation policy and notes◆
Recently, we have been experiencing an increase in people cancelling banquets on the day, not showing up at their reserved time, or being unable to be contacted.
I'm very sorry, but I will set it up as follows:
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can serve as many customers as possible.
*Cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made after the specified date depending on the number of people.
Date of reservation: 2 days before the reservation date for 10 or less people 5 days before the reservation date for 10 or more people
*A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the day of your reservation.
Since the food is already prepared, the price for the all-you-can-drink option will be deducted.
*If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your reservation.
